The Cuisinart Indoor Grill is one of the most convenient things that I own. It is easy to use, easy to clean and offers an easy way to make a variety of meals. I use it WAY more than I expected. It converts from a sandwich maker, that whips out the best paninis, easily into an open face grill where I have grilled fish, eggplant, and even pancakes. It is easier than a stove top pan as the surface area is greater and it is less clean-up then a messy pan as it also provides a way for grease to escape the meat you are cooking instead of sitting in the pan. So, if you are health-conscious this is a great option. It also stores easily in the corner of my countertop. If you are like me, an extremely busy person that doesn't enjoy cooking than the Cuisinart Indoor Grill is the product for you. The one down side is the price but if you look at discount venues such as Costco, you will be able to find it for a reasonable deal.
