CuisinArt Ice Cream Maker - ICE 20 Review

 At $39 this machine makes making ice cream easy and fun.  With three little kids who love ice cream, this machine has provided some great weekend kitchen time.  As long as you keep the container in the freezer, you can whip up a quart of ice cream on an impulse.  We have tried versions with just heavy cream, just half and half and part cream part milk.  I thought the heavy cream versions were too rich.  However, the reduced fat versions were great and when you add a bunch of ingredients like peanut butter or choclate chips, the results are fantastic. 

You can also use the machine to make sorbets and frozen yogurts.
