I absolutely love the Cuisinart griddle... A++++

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I tend to grill 3-4 times a week sometimes I just don't want to go outside to grill So, I researched the best grilling machines and came across the Cuisinart 5-1 Griddler and it has met & exceeded all my expectations. Chicken, fish, steaks, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and my New favorite Panini's have all come out wonderful. I have recommended this to my sisters and am planning to buy one for my Mother who loves the panini's that I make with this griddle. The cooking process has been quick & easy, plus everything cooks up is fast and even .I have had no problem with over heating or problem with the griddle burning food. I am buying one for my mother as mother's day gift. Oh, I bought mine at Costco for $69.00. This worth every penny plus some.

This does it all!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

The Griddler by Cuisinart is a great so-it-all tool. Want to make pancakes? eggs? bacon? toast? Check. A panini? grilled cheese? Double Check. Hamburgers? Chicken? Steak? Fish? More checks. This little grill is perfect for almost anty food you'd want to eat.

It consists of two hot plates - one is a griddle and the other one has grooves. You can use it as a panini press or to grill up some burgers.

The Griddler opens up fully so you can make 6 pancakes at a time or eggs on one isde and bacon on the other. Food comes out delicious. And because you can cook both sides of meats at once, they cook even faster. Plus it is healthier because a lot of te fat drains off.

Cleanup is a breeze! You scrape off the excess drippings from the non-stick plate, then pop off the plates. You can hand wash the plates.

The Griddler is a little pricey, but it worth every penny. My husband and K use it several time a week. I suggest making a grilled cheese or panini - mmm, delicious!

The Cuisinart Griddler is versatile and easy to clean!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

The Cuisinart Griddler is so versatile!  So far my favorite thing to make is pancakes.  I don't even have to use an oil to cook them because the non-stick griddle is, well, VERY non-stick!  I just wipe it down with a damp sponge when it is cool or if I am feeling lazy, I can put the removable plates right in the dishwasher!  Excellent feature!

They provide a lovely recipe book which is a great resource for figuring out temperature settings for your favorite recipes.

However, we were not able to replace our George Forman grill with this. Although there are drip cups and the grill plates are formed so that there is space for the fat to run off, you don't get the tilt fact...

makes a great panini!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

The cuisinart griddler was a great gift from my husband for Christmas this year. I think it works wonderfully. The temperature is perfect for grilling, heats evenly. I lovethe grill marks on the sandwiches! The griddle has a self adjusting lid to accomodate any size sandwhiches which is very helpful. You can stuff whateverandwich fillinfs you like between any bread and it will fit! Using the handle to press the sandwich really helps heat the filling fast too. Clean up was easy as pie! The surface is no stick and wiped clean with no effort at all. It does come with a tool to scrape in the ridges which is handy if you are grilling anything sticky like cheese. The only downfall I see with this Cuiinart gridler is storage- takes up a little space. Luckily I have alot of cupboards, but if you don't, it could be a problem. Also, it isn't as versatile as the bigger grill from cuisinart that folds flat. My mother has one and I think there are alot more uses.

Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler - Best Small Appliance Purchase Ever!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

My Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler truly ranks as the Best Small Appliance Purchase Ever! When I first saw it advertised on television, I immediately set out to find where I could purchase one. The price was a bit cost-prohibitive to me at the time, but I got lucky - I had a gift certificate and a few coupons for Macy's and got my Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler at a great price!

After bringing the Griddler home, I sat and looked through the cook book that came with it and found it to be even more versatile than I'd originally thought. From steaks to fish, to paninis to pancakes, I knew this would be one appliance that our family would use almost daily.

Perhaps the best feature of the Cuisinart 5-in-1...

The Best Indoor Grill I've Ever Seen!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I'm a big cook, and I especially love grilling in the summer. I hate when it gets cold out because my food just doesn't taste the same. The Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler really changed all that. I first saw this indoor grill on a commercial and immediately knew I had to have it.

I'm definitely using the Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler all year-round! I have to say it's my must-have kitchen appliance. It makes my life so much easier. I would recommend this product to a friend- and I already have!

We had a George Forman grill and replaced it with this. This was a gift that I bought for my fiancee and he loves it. I love how easy it is to clean up! The plates easily come off and can be placed in the dishwasher.

best wedding registry gift EVER

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

We cannot imagine our lives before the Griddler.  So versatile, it completely replaced my George Foreman grill (and can do twice as much food at once) AND I can lay it flat if I want to to further increase the surface area.  So versatile, you can even grill on one side and griddle on the other...  perfect for a pancakes-and-bacon breakfast for two!  So easy to use, even my husband will pull it out to cook with it, and it is super easy to slide the grill plates right into the dishwasher to wash them.  We are forever grateful to the friend of ours who bought this for us for our wedding (thanks Patty!)

Best Kitchen appliance to own!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I just got this appliance 2 weeks ago and I can't stop using it! The waffle iron inserts are awesome! My 7 year old son requests waffles every morning now. I have also grilled chicken breasts, hamburgers and made panini's with this. It is the most essential kitchen appliance to have. With so much versatility you will always find a use. I keep it on my counter becuase I use it daily. The inserts are non- stick and clean up so easily. I just pop them out and put them in the dishwasher.

Love my Cuisinart Griddler indoor grill!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Another one of my "manly" jobs is to take care of all the grilling we need for lunch or dinner. We purchased this Cuisinart 5-in-1 griddler because we wanted to eat more healthy. I loved the design of this particular Cuisinart griddler because it looks like a mini outdoor grill. It looks sleek and modern, and is very compact. It doesn't take up a lot of space in the kitchen because we have very limited counter space. We grill everything on this from chicken, hamburgers, vegetables, and even steaks! It's much healthier than frying everything in a pan. This indoor grill also serves as a great panini maker and other grilled sandwiches. My whole entire family loves the taste of the food after grilling. There are tempertature controls that are easy to use, and the grills are removable for easy cleaning.

I use it all the time... might that be the problem?

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

I bought this while on sale at Sears and I can use it for just about anything! I grill burgers, pork or chicken, make quesadillas, pancakes, french toast... I mean, you name it and I can cook it on here. But, I've had a few issues with the mechanism to make it flat and to stand it straight. I'm not sure if I've overworked it, but I think that it should have lasted a bit longer before giving me trouble. The drain works pretty well and I like the fact that it doesn't stay in my food like it would using a saucepan. It heats up fairly quickly so you don't have to be waiting around with your stomach growling just to see that green light come on. Overall, this was a good buy (especially considering the sale), but I would have expected longer lasting quality.

Great burgers!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

The Griddler is awesome! I used it a lot this winter as a substitute to the grill for burgers, and I was amazed at how well they they would turn out in 4 minutes. Delicious! I also tried making some pancakes which turned out perfect. The non stick surface is really nice, and the plates can be washed in the dishwasher which is a real time saver. The only complaint I have is that sometimes after making burgers, I have troubles getting the plates clean enough for the dishwasher. Most of the fat drips into the container (you get two of them for both plates), but some of it seems to hang around in the grooves. But it doesn't prevent me from making burgers over and over again. Overall, I am glad we have it and would recommend it to anyone.

Cuisinart Griddler is worth every penny!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I absolutely love my Cuisinart Griddler. I was skeptical about spending so much money on an indoor grill after being sorely disappointed with my George Foreman but I am glad I did. This works perfectly. It is a nice size, can be used many different ways, and the best part is it is a breeze to clean. Just wipe it off or toss it in the dishwasher. Anything you could grill outside will work just as well on this indoor grill. Love it!

Beats George Foreman hands down!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

This is by far the greatest kitchen appliance that I own! It not only with work as a panini press, but also and open griddle, grill, and toaster. The best part is the plates are removable and dishwasher safe. For years I fought with the George Foreman grill and the silly plastic fork trying to scrape all the grease and grime off. Now all I have to do is pop the plates off and either soak them or put them in the dishwasher.

This has also inspired my husband to do a little cooking of his own, because he knows that anything he puts on the griddler will be finished with in minutes and taste delicious. I also liked that it came in stainless steel (instead of cheesy white) so that it matched all of my existing appliances in my kitchen. This was a wedding gift and it was by far the most practical and most useful. I was sure that nothing would beat my foreman grill as far as ease of use and practicality, and the Griddler did just that.

Great name- pretty good grilling.

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

When my husband and I were first engaged and starting to think about our wedding registry, he was most excited about this product for 2 reasons: indoor grilling, and the name.  He thought it belonged in a comic-book setting or something, nerd that he is.  Either way, this indoor grill is nothing to laugh about.  It is a serious grill, and versatile, able to switch from grilling burgers to griddling pancakes within a few seconds and a switch of the plates.  However, it did have a chemical smell the first couple of times that I used it; I ended up putting it on the highest setting and letting it burn off the gross factory/grease/chemical smells until it didn't have them any more.  That makes me feel like it might not be my best grilling option, but it does cook pretty evenly, and has an adjustable top plate so I can lay the grill flat on whatever food I am cooking.  The fat drippings collector is very useful also.
