Cuisinart Food Processor - DLC-2011 Review

I've been using the Cuisinart Food Processor for over a year, and I love it!  I use it for everything, even things that most people would do in a blender, like smoothies.  It's smaller size makes it a heck of a lot easier to clean up and I usually just put it in the dishwasher. 

My only compliant is that you have to keep holding the button down.  Sometimes, it takes several minutes to chop up ice or other frozen goodies, and I'd like to be able to do something in a different part of my kitchen while that's going on.

 Still, a minor compliant, and I would recommend Cuisinart over most other brands for food processors!
