Cuisinart Food Processor Review

My Cuisinart food processor is the one single appliance I cannot live without. Whether I am preparing vegetables, soup, hors d'oeuvres, bread, pie crust dough, fillings for pies (or my baklava that I've made every Christmas for over 25 years)...the list is endless. My Cuisinart food processor makes the slicing, shredding, chopping, pureeing, kneading,etc. so fast and easy. The large capacity bowl is especially nice when making large quantities or sizes of certain food dishes.  The extra blades fit nicely into the bowl for storing when not in use and everything but the base is dishwasher-safe, so clean-up is really a breeze.  The motor is extra powerful so no task is too great and the locking lid insures that you can't hurt yourself on moving blades (a big safety feature if you have inquisitive little hands in your kitchen!)  I have used my Cuisinart food processor for almost three decades and it works as well as it did when it was new! I love it!!
