I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband last year and it has worked perfectly since we took it out of the box last December. My husband takes a themos of coffee to work every morning so we need a coffee maker that makes a lot of coffee and fast. This does both. Cleaning the filter is really easy too. Love the timer on it as well. Brew Performance Coffee brews fast and hot. There is also a 1-4 cup option on the machine if you aren't brewing a whole pot. Ease of Cleaning Cleaning the filter is easy. Just dump the paper coffee filter or rinse the mesh filter built in to the coffee maker if you don't want to use the paper one. Ease of Use I'm not a coffee drinker, but my husband is. He has me make his coffee for him sometimes and I still don't screw it up. That's how easy it is to use. Design I love the stainless steel finish and it is short enough to fit under or cabinets.
