Cuisinart Ice Cream and Sorbet Maker
My family knows what a huge ice cream lover I am, so much so that I never come home from a grocery shopping trip without buying a container. Though there are a lot of good brands out there in the marketplace, it gets expensive buying embellished ice cream such as Ben & Jerrys or Haagen Dazs which are not so budget friendly for the most part.
My husband, being a good hint picker-upper gave me the Cuisinart Ice Cream and Sorbet Maker two birthdays ago and I absolutely love it. The thought of having fresh made ice cream anytime you want is so much fun don't you think? I used this all summer long to make fruit sorbets that were cold, delicious and very satisfying on a hot day but give me my ice cream and I'm a happy camper.
This machine is very easy to use, it makes up to 1.5 quarts in approximately 20 minutes, the bowl has double-insulated walls which make for fast even freezing. You need no salt for this to work and it has a mess-free ingredients spout. The feet are nonslip and add stability so it doesn't "walk" across your counter. The machine it is completely automatic. and includes a handy recipe book.
My Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker produces the most deliciously smooth and creamy ice cream anyone could want. I add favorite ingredients like chocolate chips, Oreo cookies, fresh berries etc. and it's like having an ice cream shop in your own house. I LOVE it !
