well far as the cuisinart compact deep fryer is a very handy kitchen tool once you can put it together manually and get it cooking .its healthy cooking at its best with a little start effort and common sense..i like anything that'll save me time in that hot kitchen..

hey once you use the cuisinart deep fryer you won't want to use anything else... frys great,,, gets everything evenly fried to a crisp golden brown. I'd give this my approval

I love my Cuisinart Compact Deep Fryer - perfect for fixing just the amount of food I need at any given time. Closed top decreases splash burns. Highly suggest this product to anyone who loves fried food. The size is great & doesn't take up too much room in my cabinet. I drain my used oil after each use & it cleans up easily after each use.
