Wow, we just bought this deep fat fryer, and it was fantastic!!!!!   It uses just a little oil, heats up quick, and cooks evenly.....   My panko breaded shrimp was absolutely delicious - I would recommend this item to everyone......   It even has a charcoal filter, so there is less smells in your kitchen....
