To appease an office of opinions, we purchased this coffee maker and it has been a godsend. People who want a K-cup have their option and people who like a traditional brew and to be more eco friendly use the larger brew side. The coffee maker is easy to set up and easy to use on a day to day basis. Both sides can not run at the same time so if someone is brewing a single cup the coffee maker will wait to brew and vica versa. I find the settings easy to brew and it consistently starts with one push of the button. The exterior items are easy to clean such as the bottom of the coffee pot with the heater and the other side under the single brew. Otherwise, the full cleaning is complicated and involved reading the manual and watching a YouTube tutorial. It involves multiple steps and a lot of white vinegar. It is a 45-90 minute project with a very vinegar smell. I try to clean the coffee maker every 3-6 months. The coffee maker uses charcoal filters for the water which is a great benefit. Switching out the charcoal inserts for the water filtration is simple enough and easy. Do make sure to order additional filters when you purchase it. Overall, I would highly recommend this product as it handles the day to day wear very well. We did have to put a note on it in our office asking people to throw away the k-cups and not leave them in to prevent the coffee maker from clogging on the k cup side.

Great coffee mashine. Working like a charm. Made my self a mesure for milk so i use it up every time so it is cleaner. It can grt messy if you do not clean it. Also had an issue with the mashine cause i used to fibe grind of coffe. The coffe hand did not insert smoothly. In that case you just need to press in the rubber at the coffe hand and it is solved.
