Cuisinart CBK-200 Bread Machine Reviews

This bread machine was a little hard to figure out at first -the recipe book includes detailed instructions on every recipe, but doesn't QUITE go all the way when telling you how to select a menu option.  Also, do NOT try to bake a loaf when leaving the kneading paddle in - you will ruin your bread when trying to take it off - just remove it before the last rise cycle, when it reminds you to.  Other than that, I am in love with this bread machine.  I've taken to making a loaf of delicious Rosemary/Thyme/Sage bread every week, and my husband and I have sandwiches on it for lunch… read full review »

I received one of these wonderful bread makers this past Christmas.  After reading the reviews on this site I told my hubby exactly which one I wanted.  It is wonderful.  In fact right now I am enjoying the aroma of fresh cinnamon bread on it's baking cycle.  It was a little hard to figure out the menu instructions the first time or two but after that it's easy.  The cookbook has some excellent recipes and the machines is adaptable to other things than just bread.  And I have been able to adapt other recipes I've found....the cinnamon bread for… read full review »
