Cuisinart CBK-200 Bread Machine — 

This bread machine was a little hard to figure out at first -the recipe book includes detailed instructions on every recipe, but doesn't QUITE go all the way when telling you how to select a menu option.  Also, do NOT try to bake a loaf when leaving the kneading paddle in - you will ruin your bread when trying to take it off - just remove it before the last rise cycle, when it reminds you to.  Other than that, I am in love with this bread machine.  I've taken to making a loaf of delicious Rosemary/Thyme/Sage bread every week, and my husband and I have sandwiches on it for lunch every day - excellent!!
