I bought this pot because it was on sale and had the features that I wanted in coffee pot. I now know I would have paid more if I had known how good the pot works. I use both pre-ground coffee and freshly ground whole bean coffee. Pot makes coffee well and the strength selector actually works! This pot is easy to clean and setting it up to make coffee using the autobrew cycle is also easy. I make at least two pots a day and have no complaints to make. I would definitely buy this pot again. Ironically, I didn't want to purchase this pot initially because I had another pot by this company years ago and didn't like it. This is a much improved coffeepot. I guess the only feature I wish I could turn off is the two hour automatic shutoff. Most of the time it is just fine, but there are times when I would like to keep the pot on longer like on lazy Sunday mornings when I am the only coffee drinker. The pot does keep the coffee at a nice temp when it is holding the coffee. The shutoff feature is not a big deal as I have coffee reheat selection on my microwave.
