This pan is seriously such a lifesaver and worth literally every penny I spent. I've had other heavy skillets that claim to be non-stick and even with a little bit of grease there was always some bits of food that would stick or the non-stick coating would begin to peel after a few uses. Not with this one. It's truly a non-stick skillet and it's nice and heavy to boot. With its flat bottom, it sits nicely on my burner and heats all evenly so you don't have to worry about your food cooking unevenly. It's really my go-to skillet when I'm cooking eggs or pancakes or need to fry up some veggies to go along with my meal. The clean up is just as great since because it's non-stick, so any small bits of leftover food wash away immediately without needing any sort of scrub. I'd recommend this to people who are sick of skillets giving non-stick claims and only end up peeling or scratching soon after purchase. Great pan!

Got this pan along with others from this company. The pan cleans very easily and stores nicely. The heat is distributed throughout the pan, making it easy to cook meals evenly and quickly. I got this pan as a trial to see if i liked the company, long story short... it serves its purpose well so I went out and bought a complete cooking set from this company. Makes a great gift to young coupes just starting out.

I received this Cuisinart Advantage 8" skillet that came in a set of 2 , the 8" and the 10" skillets as a gift from my sister 3 years ago and these are the best gift ever. They are still cooking just fine and are of exceptional quality. Doesn't Stick Nothing sticks , and not even on the inner button bolts that hold the handle to the skillets as with some cookware those parts are vulnerable to food sticking, but not on this product. Heat Distribution The heat distribution is perfect for perfect cooking every time. Ease of Handling The ease of handling is great , although this pan is a little heavy , but I don't mind at all , as personally I like a little weight on my pans. Ease of Cleaning The ease of cleaning is wonderful , you can't ask for a better pan as far as that. Although the outside very bottom of the skillet will get dark and if you wash by hand you have to remember to give the outside bottom of the pan a good wash too. Design I love the design. They did a great job with the design of this pan and especially the fact that the handle stays cool. But if you use it in the oven the handle does indeed get hot and you'll have to use an oven mitt. Durability The durability is great. This pan is around 3 years old and is still serving me well in every way.

I was looking in several catalogs and on line for a new 8" saute pan.  I use it often for eggs and sauteing small items like mushrooms or onions.   I've tried several brands, even went the cheap route and still had to replace it in less than 2 years due to peeling and scratches even with using the proper untensils.   I wanted a non stick, and it needed to be able to "hang" on my rack and not be so heavy that I wouldn't enjoy using it. (Calphalon is a great brand but its too heavy for everyday use) WA-LA.....I found one by cuisinart.  Who knew they made cookware.  Sure they make great processors and other small appliances. I was anxious to try it and was so completely surprised that I don't want to use anything else !!  I've even been able to cut down on the amount of oils or butter I use in the pan because the non stick is so wonderful.  Sure all NEW cookware works great, but its been almost 3 months and it still works like the first day. I've seen so many others, Annodized, ALL clad, stainless, Aluminum and all the special words that try to get you to buy their product....all I know is what I LIKE !!  And I will totally recommend this product to anyone looking for cookware.  My next step is to start replace the other pieces I have with this same.

I have had a set of pots and pans for about 7 years now (got them for a wedding gift) and was really getting tired of making eggs in the skillet only to have half od them stick to the bottom of the pan! I was admiring my dad's non-stick skillet around Christmas-time and next thing I know, I'm unwrapping one.  Merry Christmas to me!  I absolutely love this skillet!  It's heavyweight, non-stick and seemingly non-scratch surface make cooking eggs a lot less burdensome.  Well, the clean up anyway :)  I find myself using non-stick spray out of habbit, but I really don't even need it.  This skillet is the perfect size to do anything from making an omelet to searing a steak.  It's edges are not super deep so it's probably best to not fill it up with oil (for chicken frying per se) but it's deep enough to hold an entire jar of spaghetti sauce and some meatballs to heat through.  I am impressed by this one and would definitely say it's a good purchase for anyone interested!

I bought this skillet not too long ago and I love it. Although I do not cook as much as I would like to, everytime I use this skillet, I say to myself, "This badboy is soooo worth it!" I say this because I can practically cook anything on this thing. I used it to cook meat to vegetables to heating some leftover soup (it might overflow if you do ;)]. Although this badboy is heavy, it is multi-facted and the fact that it is non-stick makes it even better. I seriously cooked eggs in this and had no trouble cleaning it afterwords. Also, the skillet is very durable. I have beat it up so many times but it is still functioning like when I first bought it. Some other skillets will break and look as if you put the skillet through a war or something but this skillet is different. The skillet though is heavy but what skillet isn't? Lastly, you can use this skillet to cook a whole meal, which is something I have done for the past couple of months.

I was looking for a frying pan +skillet for frying a perfect egg. I bought a cheap one from ikea . It was so light and elevated from the center that it always kinda squished my egg in the corner. I live in an apartment where they have all those jiggly electic stoves. So i needed a frying fan, that is sturdy, straight and has heavy bottom. Well this cusinart non stick skillet is perfect. Best thing is its high quality non stick. I use very litle ol for frying my egg and mine has a steel handle so i can even put it in oven straight from the stove withought worrying about melting the plastic handle that most of the pans have. I am really happy with my purchase so far. It is very easy to clean as well. I just rinse it with plain water most of the time i dont have to use a sponge so you dont have to worry about lossing its non stick by scrubbing it. I will recommend it to anyone.
