My grandmother turned me on to toaster ovens years ago - she and my grandfather trekked all over the country in a camper and then a small trailer after Grampa retired.  She was a marvelous cook, and relied on her toaster oven for most of her baking and cooking on the road.

Toaster ovens have come a long way since then!  I've had three over the years, and this is the best one I've had so far.  Seriously, not a day goes by that we don't use it for SOMETHING.  Of course there is the morning English muffin, but this appliance does SO much more.

Okay, so I usually have mixed feelings on stuff I get but I really cannot find a single "con" with this toaster oven.  We had been using a double slice toaster.  It doesn't even cut for two people.  Now I can make four slices, all at once and none of them get cold!  I also am able to survive most of the summer without using the oven.  This toaster oven reaches temperature quicker than a traditional oven.  And it works faster when cooking to because of the convection option.

I like the height adjustable rack.  The finish is a nice brush aluminum effect.  I find the unit is pretty easy to clean too.  It works great for small batches of things like taquitos, fish sticks, chicken strips, french fries and so on.  I've used it to toast pecans and squash seeds.  Plus, I can fit five round, eggo styled waffles with no problem.

This unit is very versatile and has been reliable so far.  I would not hesitate to recommend it!

The Cuisinart TOB-195 Toaster Oven is one of my favorite appliances in the kitchen. In the summer, I really don't like to use the oven to heat things up like cheese toast or frozen pizzas but with this toaster oven, I do not have to do that anymore. It doesn't take up that much room on the counter top and it is so easy to use. We cook toast, pizza, pizza rolls, bagels, pop tarts and so much more in this toaster oven. We trust the Cuisinart brand as we have other appliances made by their company and they are durable and reliable appliances. It looks nice and we have had several compliments on it. I would feel more comfortable with my kids using this appliance than a full sized oven. We have recommended it to everyone we know who is looking for a toaster oven.

Cuisnart has outdone itself with the Cuisinart TOB-195 Toaster Oven. It's the crown jewel of affordable toaster ovens. It looks great, won't break the bank, and most importantly of all, it has the features anyone would want for toaster ovens.

It fits pizzas, sandwiches, and other bulk dishes and containers. It can actually fit a 12 inch pizza, so you don't have to worry about microwaving old pizza anymore.

Some nice features include a temperature setting, convection oven feature, a solid tray/drip pan for broiling, etc.

The convection oven setting is slightly loud, but it won't be a deal breaker. Most toaster ovens don't have this feature, so it's definitely a bonus.

The actually heating speed is fast and cooks evenly. You can bake, reheat, and do some many different cooking endeavors with this product - highly recommended.

This Cuisinart toaster oven was a relatively new addition to our kitchen. At first I was skeptical, because I wasn't sure why we needed one, but my husband was interested in it, and we found one on sale. Now I'm a convert! This heats up fast, so it is so much more efficient than preheating a standard oven when making small to medium-sized things. Trader Joe's smaller frozen pizzas fit perfectly in here, and cook even better than in a regular oven. We love how crispy the crust gets. My teenagers like to use it for making cheese toast on a daily basis, I swear it is the only snack they've been eating lately! This is a surprisingly roomy oven, not the dinky toaster oven I remember from my college days. Very versatile, easy to use, and pleasing to the eye!

We have been using the Cuisinart for almost 2 years and it has really replaced our toaster, toaster oven, and regular oven. it is great and economical to use to bake just one batch of cookies, just one small pizza, or warming up a tray of food. the quality of food that comes out from this oven is excellent, no one suspects that such a tiny space saving machine could result in great high quality straight from the conventional oven cooking!

The Cuisinart TOB-195 Toaster Oven is more than just a toaster over.  This toaster oven has so many different features it is truely unbelievable.  And I love it.

First off, it does do what your typical toaster oven does and toasts.  But I love that it has settings for how much you wnat to toast.  You just pick your number, 1-5, 5 being the most, and then it goes.  You don't have to set a timer or temperature or anything.  It knows what to do.  And you learn very quickly how much you want to toast this.  I also love using the toast function to  toast sandwiches to make something like grilled ham and cheese and the toaster oven does a great job.

It also has a convection oven.  This aspect of the toaster oven works well too.  It is great for reheating pizza as well as cooking thigs.  It does take sometime to cook things this way but I like the outcome.

I know there are many other functions to this toaster oven.  And it was well worth the money.

If you had read my review of the Emerson toaster oven, you'll know how bad a mistake it was for me to purchase it.  On the suggestion of a co-worker, I laid down the money to buy the Cuisinart.  The price was a major issue with me.  But then, this is the ONLY oven I would use.  It's not like I have alternatives.  Luckily, I found one (refurbished) for $99 (free shipping and no tax).  I've had the unit for about 2 weeks now.  Hands down it is the best purchase I've ever made.

I have been using toaster ovens since way-way back. Over the years I have used many different brands. They have lasted from a few months to a couple of years. I have had this oven for about a year and hope to keep using it for a long time. I bake almost exclusively using the Cuisinart. Pies, cakes, breads, cookies, meat dishes and more. It is roomy enough to fit almost all my baking pans except a large size roaster or cookie sheets but how often do I need those. The toaster looks great on my counter. It cleans easily. Bakes and toasts as good as a large oven. The convection is faster than a regular oven. All-in-all I love my oven and am not sorry I spent my money. This is the best toaster oven I have ever used.

I received the Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven as a gift and love it! There are so many things you can use it for. When I received this I didn't even use my oven for almost a month. It takes almost no time to heat up since it is so small, but you can still fit so much. It is even big enough to fit a 12 inch pizza. I have used it to cook casseroles and many other things I would normally put in the oven. I am continually amazed at what I can get in it. It's just so nice to not have to heat up my big oven all the time, especially for small items. It's also nice to have the convection oven so things get cooked more evenly.

The crumb tray makes for very easy cleanup. The only negative thing about the crumb tray is that you have to remove it from the back of the oven. It's not a big deal, but it would be easier if it came out the front. Overall I have been very impressed with this toaster oven and am very excited to see what else I can do with it!

I purchased this Toaster oven from someone else who had used it for a little over a year. The only reason why he sold it to me was because he had recently purchased a $1000+ range that had an additional miniature oven attached. Therefore, he was no longer in need of the unit. After being in two households, this product is in brilliant condition. I've had this toaster for almost a year myself.

The oven heats up quickly and the convection fan is useful for distributing the heat evenly across food. The crumb tray can be pulled out from the back of the device. I purchased this Cuisinart TOB-195 convection toaster oven to replace my old one that was dying.  I had a large toaster oven before, but this one is even larger-it can hold a 12" pizza.  Part of the reason I got this model was because it was large enough to cook most of the things I bake on a regular basis without having to use the regular oven. It has settings for regular or convection baking, broil, defrost, reheat, toast (custom settings) and bagels.  The unit also lets you know when the oven is up to temperature, has a slide out crumb tray for easy cleaning and an automatic timer.  It cooks really well and the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that using the controls can seem a little complicated sometimes and I still have to refer to the instruction manual on occastion when I cook items I haven't done in a while.  Also, the oven doesn't shut off when the timer is done but stays on for quite a while or until turned off.

This product makes life so much easier!  It provides ample space for cooking or heating up meals in a hurry.  Unlike many toaster ovens where I've had to raise the temperature 25 or 50 degrees to get them to cook/heat food in the same way as my oven, this one holds it's own!  I would recomend it to anyone - singles, couples, elderly, families.  And it's a PERFECT wedding gift.
