I received this coffee maker as a gift.  It's footprint is perfectly sized for my kitchen.  I have previously had "personal sized" coffee makers (4 cup), but this allows me to brew my "daily allowance" of coffee at one time.  The coffee is of great quality, and brews very quickly.  The filter keeps the grounds where they belong- in the filter, not in my cup!!!  The outside is easy to keep clean.  The 24 hour program feature is excellent, because I can have it ready when I want, and my schedule varies.  The quality of the coffee is great, regardless of the amount that I choose to brew.  While the capability to pause the brewing cycle when brewing is not exclusive, it is a great feature.  The inclusion of a clock is also a nice feature (yes, it's necessary for a programmable function, but..)- it's easy to read and so far has kept precise time.  When the brewing cycle is complete, the machine beeps, which is a great reminder for when I'm in the other room!
