I started drinking Crystal Light on the go energize and loved it but the flavor can be quite strong. Sunrise is just sweet enough and the perfect refreshing drink when I don't need the caffeine. I highly recommend it! Its got me drinking more water.

I use most of the Crystal light products because I am not a big fan of drinking gallon after gallon of water. But since you have to for your health and to eliminate toxins and so on, I use these to get in my 8 8 oz. glasses of water per day.  Most of them are delicious, and to have a variety throughout the week, I have tried most, if not all flavors.  Unfortunately, this flavor is probably one of the worst ones.  It tastes like there is something missing.  Actually, it takes like you put 1 oz. of orange juice in 8 oz. of water.  It tastes completely diluted, tasteless and also has this weird after taste.  I am not sure why this flavor specifical;ly is so bad considering all the others are pretty good.  I love orange juice, but very rarely drink it due to the number of calories that it has.  I thought this would be a good solution to get the taste without the calories, but I was wrong!

Not a big  fan of drinking the stuff by itself but it's a good start to a smoothie. It's also  good as a component to a protein drink or "friendship tea" mix  The fact that the the taste isn't cloyingly sweet actually makes it more useful - you can add banana and vanilla flavored sugar free syrups or protein powders and it blends better. Try it blended with ice, vanilla sugar free syrup and egg beaters for a "julius" clone :D

My experience with this drink has been positive and also reccomended by our dentist as an alternative to sports drinks, sodas, kool aids etc. You can taste the sugar substitute if you are not use to that taste, which I wasn't , but overall its a good taste and low sugar.

As a very busy mom, I try to eat and drink healthy most of the time and it kept getting harder and harder to accomplish. After seeing the On The Go Crystal Light packets at the grocery store I bought some and haven't stopped yet. The are so cheap and convenient for me to use. Plus, I don't like plain water all the time, I need some flavor. You just use one of the convenient Crystal Light packets with a regular size bottle of water, pour it in and mix it up and tada! My favorite flavor is the Sunrise On-The-Go Classic Orange! They are sugar free and taste great. I have replaced my coffee with this so this has eliminated calories and caffeine out of my morning ritual. Best of all... Only 5 calories per serving!! The directions on the packet say that it should be empties into a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle of water or tall glass of water (2 cups). Shake or mix it well. It can be mixed into a 10 flouid ounce bottle of water for a lighter flavor. I like my in between. I usually just fill a bottle full and mix the orange flavor with it (it's a little strong) then take 2 drinks and fill the rest with water and it is perfect for me. I would recommend this for anyday and anytime of day. It is the best breakfast beverage ever. I like it better than regular orange juice since it's leaves a weird after taste. Thanks Crystal Light!

For those of us old enough to remember Tang when it was a brand new thing, this product brings back fond memories of childhood.  The flavor is exactly a I remembered it, but the calories are much more inline with my reality today.  The only thing that could make this product better would be some "Space Food" sticks from that era to tuck in my backpack for a pleasant country hike reminiscent of Girl Scout camping during that Tang era.

I tried Crystal Light Sunrise-on-the-Go packets last summer when they went on sale- otherwise all one-bottle drink products are too expensive for my budget. I put them in the center console of my truck along with several other brands and flavors of drink mix and threw a case of water in the back.  At the end of the summer, I had these left.  The kids don't go for them because they are not heavily sweetened - which is all the better for me, I like lightly sweet.  Of course, I also love a plain bottle of cold water.  So maybe I'll buy them again, or not.  It is not a bad product, but not a cheap one.

I lead a very active life and sometimes you just want a quick refresher and pick me up without all of the sugar, high calories, and caffeine to get by the day or help to battle your immune system. I really like the Crystal LIght packets on the go. It is a great way to add a little zest to water and give the quick pick me up without killing your calorie intake or making you go nuts with the caffeine high. The compact little packets fit perfectly into the small pocket of your purse and easily stores in a desk. Unlike many other powder additive products on the market, Crystal Light on the go packets mixes great in cold water, without leaving the clumpy mess.  Only downfall is that they are a little on the pricey for the amount that you get. But for the energy, immune booster and low calories, is great. There are some generics, but they tend to not mix well.

I am on a cholesterol medicine and I cannot have anything with grapefruit juice. This means I had to stop drinking Sunny D  which was one of my favorites. When I tried this stuff it was just like drinking Sunny D and it doesn't have grapefruit juice in it so I can have it!! I love it and my kids love it too!  And it doesn't have the calories of Sunny D! Great stuff! Its great for using in smoothies as well!
