Like Sunny D without the Grapefruit juice!

    Delicious citrus flavors, good sources of Calcium and Vitamin C, only five calories per serving

Crystal Light - Sunrise On The Go Drink Mix — 

I am on a cholesterol medicine and I cannot have anything with grapefruit juice. This means I had to stop drinking Sunny D  which was one of my favorites. When I tried this stuff it was just like drinking Sunny D and it doesn't have grapefruit juice in it so I can have it!! I love it and my kids love it too!  And it doesn't have the calories of Sunny D! Great stuff! Its great for using in smoothies as well!
