Most HelpfulI have separately reviewed other forms of Crystal Light -- namely, Crystal Light On The Go Immunity, Crystal Light On The Go Hydration, and Crystal Light On The Go Sunrise. Just as worthy of respect (and review) is the famous original Crystal Light On The Go (period!) The wonderful beverage which...

Most HelpfulIt's summertime, and while it's not exactly cold and flu season with hosting playgroups and a busy lifestyle I am always 1)looking for drinks that are good for me, 2)looking for alternatives to sodas and 3) wanting to be healthier. I recently tried Crystal Light On the Go Immunity Cherry Pomegranate...
review »When I first tried Crystal Light Iced Tea, I loved it so much so that I no longer wanted Nestea, Lipton, or any other powered mix. The downside was that I could only make Crystal Light in the gallon sizs unlike Nestea or Lipton which I could make by the cup. Then one day a coworker showed me the light! Crystal Light On The GO packets allowed me to turn a plain old bottle of water into a tasty drink.
The Packets
The one I bought was 10 packets for $2.99. That comes out to 29 cents a serving. It's not horrible, but it's still more expensive than it would be to buy those sugary drinks suck...
OK, so it isn't the most healthy choice, but in a world of multitudinous snacking choices, it is a lesser evil. On a huge number of levels, soda is not good for you, either with or without sugar. There are those out there who want us to stop drinking fruit juices because it has too much sugar-even if it is 100% natural with no added sugars. So that leaves water, which is a good thing, and I drink plenty of it-plain and straight up, but when I have a taste for one of the other forbidden items, I do enjoy the variety of the vitamin waters...At a $1 to $2 per bottle, my treats were kind of...
review »I am fairly new to all of the waters and Crystal Light products available on the market. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and had to do some serious cut backs on my diet. I used to be a heavy pop drinker but I had to cut that out of my diet completely. I went searching for anything I could find that would just give me some flavor, anything. Thats when I came across Crystal Light.
There are several different flavors to choose from. They are quick and easy. I love to make frozen Popsicles out of the beverage and the kids love it too. I have found a flavorful drink that is diet friendly and will...
review »The product I am reviewing is the "On the go Energy". The flavor is wild strawberry. It has Vitamin B and caffeine in it. This is an amazing product. The taste is wonderful, not too sweet. It really gives you an energy boost (mid-day or late night)!! I am also dieting and this is only 5 calories (but tastes like a LOT more). It's very helpful for dieting due to the vitamins and energy. I have tried the "On the go Immunity" as well. Again, a great taste and you really feel like you're doing something good for your body (not like just drinking some carbonated soft drink).
I am a mother...
review »Want something great to drink besides plain old water... this is the stuff to get!! Crystal light to go is an excellent product. It comes in convienent little packages that allow you to grab a bottle of water, tear open the packet pour it in and shake! There is a variety of flavors to chose from, personally the raspberry is my favorite! I don't care for water, but am suppose to drink it since I am pregnant, and this is the only way that I will drink it. It is good for you, and sugar free! Even though it is sugar free it has a lot of taste to it and is something you will purchase on a regular...
review »In the summer my family decided instead of buying big bottles of juice we'd buy the 24pk of waters that are usually on sale and then just use the 'on-the-go' packets to flavor it. This worked out wonderfully and each week we tried a different brand to see which ones we liked the best overall.
Unforunately Crystal Lite lost on all fronts. Depending on who you asked the flavoring was either too over-powering and sickly sweet or it was too bland and didn't really taste like anything but water with a little bit of powder. For me I found the artificial sugar made my teeth hurt and gave me a stomach...
