I never had crystal light until recently when we found out my grandson has diabetes and he always has a thirst for water or a drink, he would not drink plain water but he loved it with the crystal light, we also give it to his twin brother, so when they steal each others cups we know that the brothers are enjoying the same great taste and getting the same  nutrition, thanks for a great product.
