Crystal Lite has had a prominent place in my fridge for years.  I figure that artificial sweetner is better than sugar for kids, although I wouldn't give this to young children, and we drink water, juice and milk as well.  The on-the-go packs are very convenient, but make a far greater quantity than stated.  If you use the whole pack in the volume of water suggested you get a cloyingly sweet drink.  Add a bit, then taste.  You can always add more.  The raspberry is terrible for staining lips and face.  We no longer buy it.  The new tea combos are good.
