Crystal Light - On The Go - Iced Tea Review

I am fairly new to all of the waters and Crystal Light products available on the market. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and had to do some serious cut backs on my diet. I used to be a heavy pop drinker but I had to cut that out of my diet completely. I went searching for anything I could find that would just give me some flavor, anything. Thats when I came across Crystal Light.

There are several different flavors to choose from. They are quick and easy. I love to make frozen Popsicles out of the beverage and the kids love it too. I have found a flavorful drink that is diet friendly and will not affect my sugar. I highly recommend this product.
