I couldn't find what I was looking for car stereo wise at any of the local stores so I went on the hunt Online that's when I found Crutchfield. The website was a little hard to navigate at first but once I got used to it, it was Easy to find what I wanted. I found exactly what I wanted and didn't have to pay an outrageous amount for shipping to get it either. I was actually pretty pleased with the overall experience. Shipping was quick and my stereo was packaged well. Customer service was pleasant when I had a question. They answered it quickly and gave me the right answer. My stereo was great. Its exactly what I wanted and I'm thankful that after all my searching I was able to find it on Crutchfield. Product Selection The product selection is way better than I thought it would be. I was actually kind of impressed. Product Pricing Product pricing was great! Customer Service I only called customer service to ask a question before placing an order and they were great.

Crutchfield.com is a great place to buy car stereo stuff. My husband shops here frequently when we are in need of some car stereo stuff. They also have other electronic stuff including audio/visual electronic equipment, mounting brackets, cables, tvs and so much more. They aren't always the cheapest but the quality is good. I higly recommend this site and feel that Crutchfield is a good place to look for car stereo's. Ease of Use I wouldn't say it's difficult to use but it's not the most user friendly website I've used. Product Selection I feel they have a large product selection which is great. Product Pricing Their prices overall are a little high but it's worth it for quality products. If you do your research before buying sometimes you can find some really good deals and sales to get your items cheaper. Customer Service I haven't had to use their customer service so I don't have much experience in this department. Shipping and Returns Shipping wasn't fast but wasn't slow. They do offer a 60 day money back guarantee, which is nice but I've never had to use it since I haven't returned anything I have bought from them.

Once upon a time, Crutchfield was among the best places to order audio/visual electronic equipment. However, that is not quite the reality anymore, as there are other online sellers that offer better prices Still, there is much to recommend Crutchfield, particularly if one is looking for car audio gear. Crutchfield's fitment guides are very useful in helping determine which equipment will fit in one's vehicle, and furthermore, the installation guides that are provided with the purchases, as well as the assorted mounting kits and adapters they provide, make the installation of the new items much easier than it might otherwise be, and save the hassle of having to track down an adapter or trying to wire a plug into the existing wiring. Similarly, with home audio/visual equipment, the assorted mounting brackets, cables, and connectors that one can get from Crutchfield can make setup much easier. However, Crutchfield's website is not the easiest to use, as all too often, when I want to change one of the search parameters while looking for something, it punted me back to a point where I had to re-enter everything, which was kind of frustrating. Still, Crutchfield is a good place to look for electronics, especially car audio, if one is willing to pay a little more for convenience.

Crutchfield has a wide selection of electronics, but they are really not as competitive and thus not as popular as they were before. There aren't any major problems with their website. They have a wide selection of electronics and it's easy to sort through and find what you are looking for. They sell home audio such as speakers; televisions, dvd players, blu ray players, accessories; car audio, etc. I would probably look into crutchfield if you are interested in browsing audio products and use it to compare. I have never really had any problems with their products so I never had to use their customer service, so I guess that is a good thing. They do offer free 3 day shipping and a 60 day money back guarantee. Although I've never tried it myself it seems like a good offer, and a good way to get more online customers to buy products from them. It allows you to make sure you're completely satisfied.

My car had gotten older and I didn't like the stereo that it came with. I looked around on the internet and Crutchfield.com had what I needed. I got the exact stereo with blu-tooth I was looking for. I had to get an install kit from my car dealer but beyond that, it's great. The shipping was super fast and the support team was awesome! I've also purchased home audio equipment for my home. They have just about anything you need: wall mounts for flat screen TV's, projector mounts, ways to manage your cables and make them look nicer. They also have all kinds of other electronics including cameras, TV's, headphones, speakers, dvd and blu ray players, digit cameras, security cameras, just about anything for your car or home you would want that is an electronic device. I haven't bought too many times from them but I have been really happy with what I have bought so far. Their website is easy to navigate and they have an online chat to help with any needs you have. **I recently purchased a Samsung 50" Plasma television from Crutchfield... my purchase included free shipping. However, my television arrived damaged with a black line at the top with broken pixels. I calmy called Crutchfield, explained my situation, and they offered to send a new tv to replace the broken one. awesome! BUT- the delivery men would not take out my damaged tv and bring up my new tv (because they weren't getting paid). As you can imagine, I was pretty ticked off... THATS THEIR JOB! I don't care who you are or what company you work for- if youre a delivery person, reguardless of shipping or free shipping- it's your job. I wrote Crutchfield and they were extremely appologetic. They then sent me a $75.00 credit to be used. However, the point for me wasn't the money- it's the point that these men SHOULD have brought the old tv out and the new one in- no questions.**   **I'm still upset and WILL be telling any and everyone I can... it's horrible customer service to make their customers do their delivery men's work. I didn't end up bringing the new television up... the delivery men felt bad (boohoo)... but I did kick the old one right on down.**   **I'm giving Crutchfield 3 stars ONLY because of how good they were when we called about the damaged tv and how fast and appologetic they were about the situation. **

I recently decided to purchase a new CD player for in my car as the factory installed unit was having some issues and was going to be very expensive to repair. I was a little nervous about doing this myself, because while I am somewhat mechanically inclined, I am not what you would call a car enthusiast, and also the fact that it involved electrical components. But I am on a budget and didn't want to pay someone a lot of money to install something I could do myself. Crutchfield has a fantastic website which makes it easy to find the components that will work in your vehicle. They list all the specs and have a glossary that explains what each of those are so that you can pick what best suits your needs and tastes. Once you have decided on your purchase, they suggest other parts that you might need or would make things easier to install. My CD player was shipped lightning fast - I ordered at 11:30 on a Wednesday night and FedEx had it at my house 9:30 on Friday morning (of course this will vary based on the distance from their facilities in Virginia). The instructions were so easy to follow, and to my relief I found that all the wire splicing is between the unit and the harness and is done before anything is "plugged in" to any electricity. It was no time before I had my new player installed and it felt great to know I had done it myself and saved money too.  I definitely plan on shopping at Crutchfield again - they have a wide variety of not only car components (CD players, DVD, navagation systems, speakers, etc) but also home entertainment equipment.
