Cruise Critic Reviews

I found cruise critic (cruisecritic.com) a couple of years ago when I was hoping to find an answer about a specific port. What I found was not only the answer to my question but a great little website! While it is not perfect, cruise critic is a site worth checking out before, or after, booking a cruise.

At Cruise Critic you can read reviews from other cruisers, book one of their cruise specials, find information on ships and ports you can visit. However, the best part about Cruise Critic is their boards. You will need to register before you can post a question or a response....

This website is a must before you cruise.  I recommend it to everyone.  It contains professional reviews of ships on every cruise line.  It also contains reviews from members who have also cruised on the ships.  There is also information on ports of call, such as shopping, things to do, places to visit.  In addition to that is a message board where you can find valuable information things other members have done on their cruises. 

On my last cruise I was able to find out that you could not get from one end of the ship to the other on one of the decks, this valuable info came in handy, when...

I used Cruise Critic to research port activities and where to eat on the ship before a recent cruise. I was cruising on a new cruise line that I didn't know anything about and wanted info! It was really helpful. I got a lot of varying opinions about the cruise. Definetly use it before going on a cruise, especially if you have never cruised before!

When my husband and I started to look at European River cruises, I found this site and was immediately hooked.  My questions were always answered by others who had taken river cruises.  The pluses and minuses of each cruise line were pointed out.  It definitely helped us to make up our minds on which trip to book.  And now that we are going on our cruise, we have had lots of suggestions of which tours are good to take ... and also what type of clothing to pack. 

Others put up a review of their latest cruise to give those of us who haven't gone yet a look at what we can expect.  I highly recommend...

I came across this site 3 years ago as I was preparing for my first cruise and I still like to read thru the boards even though I haven't been on another cruise.  This site can assist anyone with best cruises, best cabins, best ports, best activities, best excursions, and the list goes on.  It helped me immensely with money savings tips and other tips that made my cruise more carefree and memorable.  I highly recommend to my friends to check out this site when they're considering a cruise.

I was searching for a site that would give me good, useful information about cruise lines & the best buys out there.
