This was a great hotel. Very clean hotel and very professional staff. Check-in took a total of 2 seconds. We really enjoyed having the fridge in the livingroom and the fact that it was a suite. The room was very clean. The indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Great location for going to 6 flags. A bit strange to get to though. It looks like you should be able to get to the hotel from the service road but you actually have to drive around the block and approach the hotel from the backside. That is a minor thing though. My favorite thing about this hotel (other than the fact that all the rooms are suites) is the layout. Every floor has an open balcony and you can see the door to every room being in on the ground floor. I tend not to ride elevators, but this one has three glass elevators; very nice. The breakfast buffet and accomodations were wonderful. The Sports Bar was a great asset. The business center where you can use the computer to check your email, etc. at no charge was great. The Crowne Plaza Suites in Arlington was perfect for my family of four. The room was large and the living area provided plenty of seating. The two TV sets were a nice addition. I was concerned about noise when I first saw the room as it was directly across from the elevators. We did hear hall noise while in the living area, but the door separating the bedroom did a great job of blocking it out. We all slept very well. my experience of the whole trip was horrible, no we didn't arrive on 2/15/07, we were stranded in Chicago, overnight. We arrived the following night, with no luggage.
