Hotel main A/C caused room to intermittently vibrate throughout the day and night. A nightclub across the street emptied out at 0230 AM resulting in police response to keep order and clear streets; sirens and P/A system commands. the crown plaza was a very nice hotel. would definitely recommend it to others. the only thing that i was not satisfied with was the 20% gratuity that was tacked on to all room service orders. i believe that you tip for the service that you receive. there was no service. 20% is excessive. other than that the hotel stay was perfect!

Dining: Short Drive, don't think that the beach is within walking distance because it is not. the beach for children was across the bridge in pensacola beach.

The first thing I noticed about the hotel was the staff. Everyone down to the maintenance and cleaning crew were extremely friendly. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable I didn't mind returning to the room to just watch tv. I also appreciated the internet hookup. Definately will visit again when I am in Pensacola.

Dining: Short Drive, Be sure to try the small restaurants down town. A pleasant break from the multiple fast food places that are also nearby.

Great location/great staff

very nice hotel with a great staff and amenities. The hotel has been completely renovated after being closed for 2 years due to Hurricane Ivan. Very comfortable rooms and beds with flat screen tv's and free internet hookup.

Dining: In Hotel, Very nice restaurant in the hotel with a great breakfast buffet.

I was expecting more out of the hotel for the amount of money that I spent.

Dining: Short Drive, There's a lot of nice restaurants around in the middle of downtown Pensacola.
