Crocs - Mary Jane (womens and kids) —

Before trying on a pair of Crocs I thought the wider-toed styles were absolutely hideous.  I told myself I'd never buy a pair.  That changed as soon as I tried on a pair!  They are extremely comfortable and lightweight.  I instantly changed my mind about them with the exception of the "duck-foot" look.  That's when I saw the "Mary Jane" style of Crocs.  It has a slimmer toe-line and flatters the feet.  They are comfortable to wear and can be worn with or without socks or stockings.  Of course the drawback is to buy Crocs you have to be willing to pay the Croc price which is the price you pay for fashion trends.  I can tell you from experience the look-alike shoes are NOT the same as a true Croc.  They seem comfortable at first but they don't remain that way for long.  You'll see the difference if you walk in them for a few hours as compared to a real Croc.  They also will not mold to your foot the way a Croc does over time.
