Crocs endeavor is my choice of shoe to wear for a 12 hour shift. This shoe is durable and weather proof. It is moderately priced and is available in multiple colors. It is an enclosed version of the cayman. I recommend this shoe for those that look for comfort and must follow a regulated hospital dresscode. It offers full coverage of the foot and is easily cleaned with soap and water.
