All about my Cayman Crocs — — When my husband first saw them he said, “They are a piece of plastic.” I assured him that they were supposed to be fantastic. I tried on a size 8 because I had read to go larger but the 8 was just too big. OK...I admit it.  When I first saw these shoes, I thought they were the UGLIEST things ever!  But as I talked to new Croc owners, they slowly convinced me to give them a try.  Now, if I'm going to buy a shoe for $29.99, then it's got to look good, or feel so out-of-this-world fantastic. — The ugly factor still bugged me, but I had to give in and buy a pair, because I was plagued by heel spurs and didn't want to resort to surgery.  Once I slipped them on, I felt relief from the pain, and had to admit the comfort factor far outweighed the ugly factor.  I have used… read full review »

With my problem feet (bunions , hammertoes) finding any shoes at all is a challenge. For casual shoes, Crocs are the answer. Nothing hurts! I can wear them all day with or with out socks. You'll want to buy your first pair in person so you can be sure and get the size right (Hallmark has them, also Beauty First) but once you've established that, there are tons of colors and styles at Crocs.com. Yes they are ugly. But in a cute way; and the colors give them style. All my artist friends wear them, men and women both. And when they get dirty, hose them off. Downsides? I got a pair of Crocs last spring to wear while touring theme parks, amusement parks, and zoos last spring and summer and I ended up LOVING them! They are soooo comfortable. I used to laugh when I saw people wearing them because I thought they were so ugly. But now, I am absolutely hooked. I have two pairs of the Disney (Mickey Mouse) Crocs, one pair of the NCAA (Ohio State) Crocs, and one pair of the Crocs with the furry lining. When I first saw Crocs, I thought they were strange and a bit ugly. Then I tried a pair and have been living in them ever since. I have different colors and styles. They even have a new croc with a faux fur lining. It is cozy as can be for winter. I had plantar fascitis for a long time and had to be very careful about my shoes, wearing heel inserts and pads. These shoes are so comfortable! My husband has horrible problems with his feet and wears a size 14/15 so its hard to find good sandals for him. These run big, he can fit a size 13 and are very comfortable. I'm very happy with how well they are made. I got myself a pair and they work so well! I love these shoes. They are sooooo comfortable. I have heel spurs on both of my feet, so I have to wear shoes all of the time, when walking. I have found that Crocs are so easy to slip into whenever I'm just going somewhere quickly, and are so comfortable. They mold to your feet, so they feel just right.
