Crock-Pot Crock pot BIG ONE Review

I have grown up with crock-pots and LOVE them. Crock pots are so handy when you are going to a party and need to bring a dish or even if your just getting off a late shift and know you are not going to want to cook when you get home. I love being able to put things in the crock-pot and walk away without the fear that my house is going to burn down or I am going to burn dinner.  I frequently take my crock pot to parties with food so that I can bring hot food.  The only downer to the crock-pot I have is the fact that the lid still can come off.  I know that there are crock-pots that have locking lids, but I have yet to get one.  My favorite thing about crock-pots is that I know I won't be burning dinner.  Having a daughter, full time job, and a house to maintain makes a crock-pot make sense.  I also love that I can prepare dinner before I go to work and when I get home from my shift it is ready to eat and all I have to do is grab a bowl!
