For those of us University of Michigan alumni, that have always been searching for a substitute for the Bi Bim Bop from Steve's Lunch, i might have found the answer...There is a new restaurant called Crisp in town, that specializes in Korean fried chicken ( also quite tasty ), and Bi Bim Bop. It is better as a take out place than a dine in spot. They call their Bi Bim Bop a Budda Bowl, and there are 3 varieties - basically small, medium and large. You can get them vegetarian with or without tofu, or with chicken or Bul Go Gi ( korean beef ). They have different sauces, and brown or white rice. The vegetables are served at room temperature, which i liked. I must say it was really good. I would order from there all the time.
