Cricut Expression bought from Authorized Dealer, arrived broken. Dealer said "contact Cricut". Waited 15 minutes for rep. Followed directions and waited 30 min as told. Machine still could 'not find cartridge'.
Called again and waited again. Misty said, yes, machine broken, email proof of purchase to me, I'll call when I receive it. Two weeks - no call - no response. I sit with over $400 machine and cartridges that do nothing.
With what I am sure is a great machine. But Customer Service is either way understaffed or the machine is so unreliable they are swamped with defective/broken machines.
I'd love to be a satisfied customer. I bought it to use and it's still broken with no resolution in sight.
