Cricket Review

i love their unlimited minutes, text messaging, photos and photo sharing and the same bill every month. i have been with other companies and would run myself into the ground talking too much or at the wrong times. but with Cricket i have never had a problem and have been with the company since 2002.

the only problem i had was with customer service in the main store in Reno, NV. there is barely ever a time when you can go into that corporate store on mccarran and virginia and not have at least a 1/2 wait, even if it's just to pay a bill. if you call the 800 number they will tell you just about anything but the truth. then i go into the corporate store and i get told that "i dont know where you got that or who you talked to, but thats not our policy" or some such BS.

also if something goes wrong with the phone they are lax about fixing it. i was promised that a problem that couldnt be fixed with a phone i purchased over a year ago would be taken care of that all i had to do was call the store manager on her phone and she asked me for a compliment at the time. well, i called her and called her several times she never answered and they put me off about the phone later. she of course never got the compliment. she later said "are you still making a fuss about that old phone after all this time?" in front of another associate and embarrassed me horribly.

so far everything is fine with this new phone i bought and i'm content at this time. so overall i can say that cricket is wonderful for unlimited service, but could really use improvement on customer service. mostly i pay my bill online and stay away from the office.
