Service is great, overseas agents SUCK!

somewhat tech savvy
Pros

    unlimited calling, Lots of free talk time and texting, Never had dropped call

Cons
    OVERSEAS AGENTS SUCK!!, poor customer sevice in and on phone

Service is fine, but, moving your agents to overseas call centers really takes away. FIND SOME AGENTS THAT SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WE CAN UNDERSTAND!
