Pros

Never had dropped call, Wonderful Customer Service, Helpful & Friendly, Call anyone I want, Lots of free talk time and texting, It is EXTREMELY cheap

I have been with Cricket service since the day they opened in my area. They have always given me great customer service, courteous, friendly and helpful. I don't have to sign a long term contract and be locked into a "plan" and I haven't ever had a call drop. I have watched all my friends fight with their cell providers at one point or another. Either because of poor service, outrageous bills, or technical problems.

Most of the people who I've talked to that have problems with Cricket have admitted that they may not have paid their bill on time. Cricket is a business and they tell you the rules right up front. Play by the rules and you have no problems.

I believe they are a great value.
