Graco Lauren Crib

Graco Lauren Crib

my Graco Lauren Crib is like my granddaughter is sleeping in heaven. This crib is a nice crib that was easy to put together even with my daughter being 8 month pregnant when it was assembled. The wood color is rich and looks expensive. It matched nicely to another piece of furniture I received from Baby's R Us as a gift. It's been six months and my only complaint is the wood on the top crib rail is dinging and showing the natural wood color (pine toned). Oh also the mattrasses (standard size) seems too small for the crib. I wonder if our granddauger will stand at the corner one day and get wedged...

This crib is very easy to put together, if you read the directions. We went back and forth with trying to decide whether or not to have a separate changing table. It is very solid and looks great in the baby's room. It is made of solid wood except for the drawer underneath, which is particleboard. This will be a nice piece of furniture to have for years to come. This crib/changer looks great in our nursery. It arrived in one large box, not two as the description had stated. All parts were accounted for in the box. It did take a while to assemble since there were many pieces but directions were...

I love this product b/c I can set my daughter in it and she will be happy. The vibration on the matress always puts her to sleep and the music keeps her calm. She spends most of her daytime naps in it. I think the light attached to it is not needed but other that that I love it. I never have to take my down and move it around..I can see where this would be a hassel! It is hard to put away b/c all the extras like the diaper shelf dont have a place to go.

The Simplicity crib has been recalled and I am not sure why the Graco Lauren has not been recalled.  The plastic pieces where the crib drops down have borken off and now if you push on it spightly the whole thing feels like it is going to break.  We won't even put our Son in the crib anymore because we can't afford another one and because it broke the bottom part is now open enough to where my Son could easily get stuck.  I don't know what to do.  If they don't recall this crib I won't be able to afford another one for my Son.  Also the rails have such a huge space in between that my Son has...

I purchased this crib for my son after the simplicity crib I had previously was recalled.  The first day that my son slept in it, he got his arm stuck in the crib and I was horrified by him screaming!  I called customer service and they said that this crib is perfectly fine.  How can that be if his arm was stuck in the space? lucky for me he was just bruised and his arm was not seriously injured.  Please do not buy this product for your child.

This crib works fine for the needs of your sleeping baby. I like that it can be used as a toddler bed as well. For the amount of Time it is used it is a good crib. It may not be as cute as some of the more expensive cribs on the market. But It is strong, can hold up to the abuse kids put on it, and does not break the bank to get it.

My niece has this pack-n-play and it is so nice! It is very convienent when she stays with us we can just put this up instead of having a whole crib. Also, it is easy to get things done with her able to play in this now that she is older!

We bought this crib for our daughter when she was about 6 months old due to her first crib falling apart. With in the first month of having this crib she was able to make the whole drop side bend and almost break. Then about 2 months later when we went to move it so we could vacuum under it the back side cracked by where the bolts attach. Not just a little crack, but the whole beam was split all the way up it. We were not forcefully moving it by any means. She ended up in a toddler bed  from that point on. Worst $130 ever spent. It lasted 3 months.

I probobly wouldn't buy a pack'n play, but we got one as a gift and it serves us pretty well. We keep it in our "office" room, so whenever I'm there, I can have my baby playing in it, she just started sitting on her own, and she rolls alot. It's soft for when she falls over or rolls and she is safe from anything else, including her 2 year old sister. We didn't use it much as a bed and changing table since I was used to changing them on the bed, and they would only sleep in their own bed. But this would be a good extra bed for a baby or toddler too, if they don't mind sleeping in something other...

Da Vinci Emily 3-in-1 Crib

We bought the black Emily 3-in-1 crib for our first child.  We had no real experience so just went with a design that we liked and made sure the crib was all wood.  While the Emily is an all wood crib, it is pine and thus is rather soft.  There are many marks in the front railing from our jeans' buttons or belts as well as from our son teething.  For the black color this is not a huge eye sore ... we simply color the marks in with a Sharpie marker ... but I suspect a wood tone bed would really show the gouges.  Also, the horizontal rail that goes across the front is 2-3 inches above the vertical...

This is a must have for our family! We had this product with our first child and she used it for naps when she was a baby, then it was easily transformed into a playpen when she got a little older. We brought it along on two vacations and were able to set it up right in our hotel room as a bed for her.

Now that we have our son, we need it more than ever. We are a family of four living in a two bedroom condo. Since we do not have a separate room for him, he sleeps in the living room in the pack and play. The bed part is very durable, yet comfortable for him. It has a device that plays soft music...

Summer Infant Nature's Purest Bassinet - Hug Me

Summer Infant Nature's Purest Bassinet - Hug Me

NOV

2009

When I first started looking for things to get for my baby I thought cradles and bassinets were pretty pointless and that I would just stick with the crib, but the further along I got in my pregnancy I decided I wanted her in the room with me for a while. Since I wanted to go all organic, I decided on the Summer Infant Nature's Purest Bassinet - Hug Me, because it had good reviews and it was very well priced.

It was a little difficult for me to put it together (I was also eight months pregnant and very hormonal though), but it was just as adorable as it looked in the picture! My daughter did...
