These are the kinds that are individually wrapped (two one for upper and one for lower) and safe enough to use every day.
While I used to smoke, I have been quite now since feb. 2002 - Needles to say that after 20 years or so of off and on again cigarette smoking (never again) I did have some yellowing on my 45 year old teeth - not too bad but not pearly white like they used to be as a young girl :(.

Crest SpinBrush Pro Whitening
For years, I was resistant to "technology" for my teeth. Then, one day my daughter came back from the dentist and said that he had recommended the spinbrush for her.
We went to the local box store, and since they were cheaper in bulk, bought one for the whole family. None of us will ever go back to the old way of brushing. Not only is it easier than a manual brush, but the results are spectacular! The feel of your tongue on your teeth is the same as if you had just had your teeth cleaned by the hygienist.

Crest Pro-Health Rinse
.This product is absolutely fantastic if you are trying to get BROWN STAINS ALL OVER YOUR TEETH!
I used just one bottle before the stains were visible. I decided to finish off a second bottle to really highlight the stains and show them off to everyone I opened my mouth to.
When I contacted the company to thank them for finally making such a great teeth staining product, they told me that I was partially to thank because "some people develop stains if they have preexisting tartar problems". I have always wanted to try a newer rotating toothbrush and throw away my crappy old toothbrush! Well, I received the Crest Spin Brush as a gift and I absolutely love it! At first it felt weird on my teeth because of the whole vibration and spinning! But, I was used to it in no time! Crest spin brush Pro
I have used several different toothbrushes over the years, regular and electric alike, who all had claims of being "the best". As far as I'm concerned, spending a rediculous amount of money on the more "elite" brands of toothbrushes is nothing but a waste of money. The Crest Spin-brush Pro does everthing the hundred dollar brands do for only 8 dollars. I preffer the Pro model over the regular Spin-brush because of the the rotating head. Crest Pro Health mouth wash
I fell in love with this mouthwash after a dentist reccomended I use it. I had been having gum irritation from brushing to hard/vigorously....crest seems to be the only mouthwash that covers all areas that need attention in your mouth, without the burn

When you never know if you are brushing your teeth right, you should see a dentist or get the Crest Spin Brush Pro. I absolutely love this toothbrush. I never have to worry about how I'm brushing because it does it right everytime so I don't have to! This toothbrush is so wonderful it has made my teeth whiter and it removes surface stains that no regular toothbrush can do! I would think that this toothbrush would be expensive, like $20.00. I would pay for it at that price but it's only $8.
