I have tried crest whiting strips for 2 weeks and i see the difference. What i like about this is it shows an improvement a little at a time. I worried that a whitening system would show a dramitic differnce after the first use and everyone would notice immediatly like wow you have whitened your teeth drastically huh? I wanted a more subtle whitening system and crest does just that. As you use them every time you get a whiter and whiter shade slowly yet noticably. You need to be worn for 30 minutes twice a day, wich could be a lot for people like me. But it is OK: I am a smoker, and after just one 10-day whitening kit, I could see a big difference. Crest may make great toothpaste. It may make your teeth whiter. (If you use it for the next 3 years!) I couldn't tell you how much money I've thrown out buying Crest whitening products. I chose Crest white strips because the ad sounded as if it was easy to use.  It was and it was inexpensive and it really worked.  They were east to use and I would use them when I was watching TV or reading.  My dentist wanted me to go the expensive way (I was getting an implant and he wanted me to be White!
