I have to say it really works!

never sick, into good oral hygiene

I was surprised at how well this product worked. I have tried other whitening gels and pastes and they haven't produced any noticible changes. Although my teeth aren't that stained the product did make a noticible difference in the brightness of my teeth. Friends also noticed. The whitening effects probably lasted a good 4 to 5 months before I felt I needed a repeat treatment. The product is easy to use and not at all unpleasant like other products I have tried. At first I did notice a bit of sensitivity but I feel I did get used to that after about 5 days and noticed I did not have to wear the product for longer than recommended to get results.
