I had been noticing that over the years all that black coffee, tea & red wine were beginning to show on the surface of my not-so pearly whites. I did some research on different at-home treatments for whitening teeth. Can't afford those pricey dental treatments. Of the products that were recommended, the Crest Pro Effects were one of the top rated and most cost effective.

There are 2 wks worth of strips, for the top and bottom. I had a bit of a problem keeping the bottom strips in place because of heavy salivating but the tops (which were more stained anyway) went on easily and stayed in place just fine. You leave them on for 30 min and then remove and rinse your mouth. Once I got the hang of it, I sometimes went about my business and totally forgot about them. I did experience a little tooth-sensitivity (which the instructions alert you to) but it didn't last long and went away after a few hours. I noticed a color change with-in the first week and was pleased. Because I would like them whiter I intend to do another round of the strips. All in all, I highly recommend these for at-home whitening.
