I'm very concerned about the oral health of my family and myself so I often discuss products and their effectiveness with my professional dental staff. One of the discussion topics is proper brushing techniques.
Using the Crest Spin Brush makes the job of brushing properly easier. Our hygenist advises to brush each tooth in a circular motion, scrubbing at the top of the gumline. The spinning action of the bristles on this tooth brush takes care of the circular motion.
Our hygenist had originally recommended only the SoniCarebrush with its excessive cost. After seeing the results I've gotten with...
review »Crest Spinbrush is a great toothbrush. The batteries last a long time as does the replaceable head. It seems they both need replaced about the same time. I would recommend this to others.
The Crest Spin Brush for me was very reasonable. Unlike some brushes that have limited life to them, the Crest Spin Brush has the ability to change the batteries. I also like that I can buy replacement heads for it and that is at the average cost or less than a sturdy manual tooth brush.
That may not seem like a big deal, but I remember electric toothbrushes as they were in the past, and for under ten dollars, this is a much better deal.
I hope that helps.
After my expensive brand electric toothbrush died, I hesitated about buying another anytime soon. Then one day I was browsing in the grocery store and I ran across the Crest Spinbrush. I was amazed that I could buy a rechargeable toothbrush with removable heads for under $20.00 and replacement heads for under $10.00 for a pair. I use it faithfully and have had it over a year now, and it is still going. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a timer on it like the more expensive one. Otherwise the Crest Spinbrush is a great buy.
