Crest ProHealth Toothpaste Review

I have to admit I HATE the dentist!In the past few years I have had nothing but horrible,terrifying and humiliating experiences at the dentist!I had one refuse to give me any anesthia even though he knew I was petrified while undergoing a root canal and abcess treatment.Then when having a my teeth capped another Dentist refused to make it look nice,proclaiming I wasn't going to win any beauty pageants anyway!So needless to say,I don't like dentists and don't trust them, though I do take good care of my teeth at home brushing several times a day especially after sweets and flossing,I still have some yellowing and they never feel really clean.I got a sample of the Crest ProHealth plus whitening in the mail and I will never use another toothpaste again!My teeth feel so clean and smooth!I have noticed less bad breath and maybe it is just me but I do think my teeth look less yellow and stained!It is a bit spicy tasting,my husband doesn't like it,but I like that!It also has like a rough testure to it and the first time I used it it was rough on my gums a little,but I have since gotten over that and use it 2-3 times a day!
