I use this rinse after brushing my teeth and I think it does work - very gradually.

The directions say to rinse for sixty seconds and I try to do that.

Since I don't have an extra $350 to shell out for professional teeth whitening, this will have to do for now. I've tried the strips before and they felt like the enamel was being stripped off my teeth.

This doesn't work wonders, but for under $5, I didn't expect it to.
