Crest Pro-Health Rinse Review

Crest ProHealth mouth rinse is my new favorite dental product. I like to be in good dental hygiene, so I try to take care of my mouth as best I can. I teach ballroom dancing which means I am usually about 3 inches from my clients faces for 8-10 hours a day. I am very aware if their breath is not fresh, so I am very aware about my own. Therefore, I rinse with mouth wash several times a day. Unfortunately, I have what dentists call a geographical tongue. I have several bumps and cuts and grooves in my tongue that are super sensitive to anything harsh or acidic. Almost all of the mouth wash products on the market currently contain quite a bit of alcohol in them. Although the alcohol ingredient is refreshing and kills many germs in the mouth, it is also the harshest ingredient on any person who has a geographical tongue. Crest ProHealth is void of any alcohol, which makes it safe for me to use as much as I want without burning the inside of my mouth!
