Expensive, but it didn't last very long.

I bought this for my daughter.  It never held the amount of music advertised.  It froze often.  Had to be reset often.  Screen display went out after 18 months.  For $200 I expected it to last longer than that.  You have to pay for phone tech support.  I emailed and asked for a quote on a off of warranty repair and was told it would be from $80 to $120.  I can buy another brand for that price.
