Creative Memories 12x12 Album Review

Initially I used top-loading albums for my first few vacation and pet albums. I was just getting started and was using templates to trace and cut out by hand with scissors also.

Creative Memories albums are an investment in your photos and album-making skills. They aren't cheap; they are a good value for being the best albums in the business. They come with a lifetime quarantee. They are made to be handed down from one generation to another - to be enjoyed and allow people to relive the treasure of moments they hold. Creative Memories offers a standard product line of colors to choose from and then every couple of months, offers a limited-time only album that is something extra-special to the album maker.

I am also impressed by the opportunity to get titles and icons for the front cover and titles for the binding cover embossed if I desired at a reasonable price. I plan on doing this for the Heritage ablum that I will be making. I can see how this would also be desireable for baby albums when there is more than one child being scrapbooked.

There is a Creative Memories way to scrapbook that is quick and easy. They teach three different styles and none of them are extremely labor intensive or paper intensive. However for the person who likes to have a 12x12" background of paper they offer "perfect fit" paper that does not need to be cut a half inch to fit their scrapbooking space which is 12x11.5" because of the spine support on each side of the page to eliminate rolling pages and create a smooth flat opening regardless of how far into the 90 pages you open the album.
