Crayola TaDoodles Review Summary
Crayola TaDoodles did not score points with parents or their children. Though the Crayola TaDoodles are designed for young children and are supposed to be easier for their little hands to grasp and create with, most kids had a hard time using them. The shape and weight of the Crayola TaDoodles make them awkward to use. One mom complained about the mess these chubby crayons and markers made. "I know that giving a toddler art supplies can be a messy proposition, but these are beyond terrible!" said GMRsMom. One reviewer praised the toy for encouraging creativity, the bright colors and the fact that they are washable. Most reviewers, however, found the Crayola TaDoodles a complete waste of money and would not recommend them.

Ok I purchased tadoodles because I saw a commercial for them and thought oh great what a good idea; since my now 19 month old breaks all her crayons. I figured these would be perfect and couldn't wait to receive them from crayola. Well I did get them today and was very upset with the order. One of them worked but the other two seem to be defected or something. The crayons won't lock in and keep falling out, plus my daughter pulls them out as well. I won't return them because I have to pay my own shipping and it won't be worth me…

My son is 16 months old and loves to color. I bought the crayon TaDoodles which say they are for 12+ months and older. Because they are weighted, he has a hard time holding the crayon just right to make it color. It's really awkward for him to hold. His friends have the same exact problem as well. Maybe as he gets older he'll be better with them. But for now.. he has no problems with regular old…
