My daughter had taken to refusing her baths, and I was in need of bath time redemption, Crayola Bathtub Tints were just the thing! Found at www.crayolastore.com, and several chain stores, tub tabs can be purchased in single jars, mini-triple packs, and jumbo tubs. I purchased the...

We love the Crayola Bathtub Tints at our house. I waited until our little guy was old enough to really enjoy them before introducing him to the fact that I could turn his bathwater different colors. The first night I just tossed a blue fizz into the bathtub after he was already clean. My husband proceeded to act like I was insane and I had to block him from taking little man out of the bathtub. Then he became enamored with the fizz's as well. The next night, I tossed in both a blue and yellow fizz, and when the two colors collided, my little man was amazed to watch the blue and yellow...

If you are too busy to scrub the tub, they will wash away after a few showers. If you have a darker colored bath tub, this will probably not be a problem. But the tub looks like someone just finished finger painting, and didn't rinse it all down the drain. We are passing our on to a friend with kids that have a blue tub from the 70's. The color problem should not be a problem for them.
If you use these in a bathroom that is also used for guests, plan on scrubbing...

We bought these for my son, thinking they would be great for him since his age said he was too young for the bath markers. He did really enjoy taking a bath in different colored water. However, you have to put in 3 or 4 tablets to get a good coloring in the water. Just the recommended 1 or 2 barely even tints the water. Other than that, I think it's a great product. It just gets expensive after a while since there are not many tablets in the package and you need so many of them to actually get the full affect of water coloring.
My kids love the bath and when I saw these I had to get them. My daughter loves picking the color she wants to bathe in. While my son likes the surprise of what color mom has chosen for him. I like that they do not leave a ring around the tub (a concern of my husbands).
It is a little hard trying to remember what color I'm putting in because the color they look like may not be the color it becomes when it hits the water.
Overall a great hit!

A friend of mine sent these to me for my youngest child as a birthday gift. At first I thought to myself it was going to be nothing but a mess.
My husband and I were having problems getting our 3 and 2 year into the bath tub, until we recieved the Crayola tablets. Now all we have to say is bath and they come running down the hall screaming "colors, colors!!!" It makes it fun for them and they have learned the different colors.
