These Are Wonderful!

5

This is one of the greatest purchases I have bought recently. My 3 year old loves these and they make bath time so much more fun! At first I was skeptical about buying these because I just had a new all white bathtub installed and I didn't want them to stain, so after doing my research and asking a sales representative in the store, I decided to go ahead and try them. Boy am I glad I did! They do not stain and they are extremely easy to clean up. All you have to do is wipe it away with water. They work really well and don't smear much either! So glad I bought these! Well worth it!

These were a good buy. 6 year old daughter likes a bath a few times a week-- and since the use of bubble bath has to be low, these seemed like a great alternative. They seemed to be of good economic quality (paid around 2.50 for 9) and worked well on the tub and tile. Washed off easily. She called me in way too many time to show me art work :) But they would make a fun way to practice spelling or math. I do recommend them!

fun idea of bathtub crayons...poor design

3

My son received a pack of 9 Crayola bathtub crayons for his first birthday  They looked really cute, and even though the package says 3+, I thought we'd give them a try in the tub.  There are 6 bright colors...red, orange, green, blue, purple and brown, as well as 3 pastel colors..."cotton candy", "Sky blue", and "fern".  The crayon is enclosed in a colored plastic tube, and there is a lever that pushes the crayon up as it gets used.  The flaw in the design, is that we've found once you need to push the crayon up, when you go to write on the tub, it falls back down unless you hold the level and draw.  We've only tried the orange one so far, and the color is nice and bright.  I am not sure the pastel colors will show that easily on the bathtub.  It probably is best to save them for ages 2 and up, because my baby can't use them very well, especially with only the tip of the crayon sticking out above the canister.  But, it's a cute idea.  I think I'd prefer the markers.
