My son has chronic bronchiolitis (RSV). I was hoping that the Crane Heating and Air Conditioning Puppy humidifier would help him break up the mucus and inflamation in his bronchioles. In short, it didn't. It doesn't work in his room well. I don't know if it's that we have nine foot ceilings or that due to his toddler bed's shape we can't get it closer than a foot and a half to him--but should it have to be that close to him to work? I have so much better results when I run a steamy bath and sit with him in my lap on the edge of the bathtub. So while I was hoping for a homeopathic remedy, we're stuck with albuterol and steamy baths. I can't say it's entirely terrible though, the design is amazingly cute. It made him smile and he didn't realize that he was doing a treatment, which is usually very difficult to get him to do. Output Volume Again, didn't work in the space and not on my son. Performance Sadly, it didn't produce much results for us. Ease of Cleaning The parts come out fairly easily and are simple to wash. Durability It's not a cheap piece of equipment. It had been bumped a few times and continued to work. Design Super cute design--the puppy is utterly adorable!
